You can also ask us to update your personally identifiable information or communication preferences by contacting us using the information provided in the “Contact Information” section of this privacy policy.  Please note that any request to update your information may take up to 30 days to process and that you may continue to receive communications from Perspectives Of My Mind  using the previously provided information until your request becomes effective.
• Additionally, you may opt-out from use of your personally identifiable information collected online for the purpose of sending such marketing or promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within each of the newsletters or promotional communications you receive.

Retention of Personal Information

We may retain your Personal Data for a period of time consistent with the purpose of collection. We determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data on the basis of the amount, nature, and sensitivity of your Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and whether we can achieve the purposes of the processing through other means, as well as the applicable legal requirements (such as applicable statutes of limitation). This website and products or services available through this website are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or market online to children under the age of 18. If we knowingly receive a child’s personal data, we will immediately delete it from our system.

These websites are intended for users from India only. All matters relating to the websites are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. If you are located outside India and you contact us, please be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to India and that by submitting information you explicitly authorise this transfer and the processing of this information within India.  Any personally identifiable information that we collect from you will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy.
